We encourage suppliers who feel they can meet the requirements of any of our tenders to submit their bids, following the instructions detailed in each tender pack. Tender Notice for Various Services

CCBRT’s Procurement and Supply Management Department provides a strategic, innovative, and ethical approach towards the procurement of works, goods and services from both local and international suppliers. To streamline our activities we are rationalizing our supplier base. Only pre-qualified suppliers with a proven track record will be able to provide us with goods and services.

How to submit bids

Bids must be submitted;

  • In person at CCBRT Hospital premises, Off Kimweri Road, Msasani, Dar es Salaam to the CEO secretary Fully filled forms with all supporting documentation and an electronic version of the form (on disk or USB) in a closed envelop marked “Supplier Registration Form”
  • The envelope must be addressed as follows:
    Chief Executive Officer,
    CCBRT Hospital,
    P.O. Box 23310
    Msasani, Dar es Salaam
